Returns & Refunds Policy

Unused products may be returned within 14 days at your own expense.
Used or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. opened bait, worn clothing) are excluded.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after receipt of returned goods.

To initiate a return: contact warehouse@dutchtackle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Defective or damaged products fall under the statutory 2-year warranty. This ensures products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality under EU and UK consumer law.

(EU) Returns must be sent to:
