Terms and Conditions for Consumers

These Terms and Conditions apply to all consumer purchases from pbproducts.eu and pbproducts.co.uk.

All prices include VAT: 21% for EU orders and 20% for UK orders. Full payment is required before shipment.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, except for used or hygiene-sensitive products.
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you return your entire order,
we will also refund the original shipping costs, unless you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery.

Applicable law is Dutch law, but consumers may initiate disputes in their local EU/UK courts.
